Join us for an inclusive community bootcamp! Led by Adaptively Abled Funder and Director and The Phoenix Volunteer Coach Melissa DeChellis, this fast paced and high energy class includes warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Open to all skill levels and abilities, this class can be scaled and/or adapted to each individual's goals.
